Applicants can submit a completed Certificate of Occupancy or Completion Application and Checklist (PDF) via email to the Permits Division or in person to the Permit Center during normal walk in or appointment hours. The Permit Center will create a Certificate activity and charge the applicable fee in accordance with the latest Fee Schedule. Fees can be paid via check, wire transfer, or credit card (online or in person).

3. Certificate of Occupancy Approval and Issuance

After all steps are completed and all related permits are finaled, the project inspector will initiate the Certificate approval workflow.
